Checked baggage

How many baggages can you check in? What is the weight limit for each baggage item? Find out all you need to know about checked baggage.

Since 1 July 2012, AIRCALIN applies the piece concept baggage allowance. This new rule replaces the previous weight allowance, which were 20 kgs. for Economy class passengers and 30 kgs. for those in Business class.

The piece concept allowance will be effective for all tickets issued from 1 July 2012. For tickets issued before this date, the weight allowance applies, regardless of the travel dates.

The same rule applies throughout Aircalin’s network, with the exception of flights on the direct or via Nadi Noumea – Wallis – Noumea route. Furthermore, a different allowance applies on flights between Noumea and France.
