Manage your booking

You want to change your booking, special meal order,
seat choice or just update your personal information?

Nothing could be easier. Fill out the form below with your reservation number and family name, as mentioned on your e-ticket. Then click on the "Modify" button in the appropriate section.

Whichever type of ticket you have, you are able to modify or update your:

• Flying Blue membership number
• Contact details (email, phone number)

You can modify the dates of your trip and receive your new e-ticket.

• Your fare conditions need to allow changes, free of charge or at a fee.
• Any amendment will apply to all passengers included in your booking record.
• Please ensure to check the existence of flights to your final destination at the new selected date (s).
  You will find the information in the Arrivals and Departures section.

Note: If the price of your new ticket is different, you will have to pay extra or be refunded the fare difference.

You can update your special meal request or change your seat selection made at the time of booking.
If you haven't completed such requests yet, you can submit them using "Manage your booking".
