COMMERCIAL MEASURES
In the exceptional context of the closure of Tontouta and its impact on suspended flights, Aircalin is applying appropriate commercial measures.
For flights from May 14, 2024 until the airport reopens, Aircalin tickets (starting with 063) can benefit from :
- Date changes with no change fees and no additional fare on direct Aircalin flights. Additional fees may apply on partner airlines.
- Free cancellation (until the airport reopens).
- Flight cancellation costs (hotels, transfers, etc.) are not covered.

-Aircalin informs that further to the Voluntary Administration procedure implemented by Air Vanuatu, the codeshare agreement with the latter is suspended as of Wednesday May 15, 2024.
As of this date, passengers travelling on Aircalin flights between Noumea and Port-Vila will require an Aircalin ticket starting with 063 with an Aircalin flight number starting with SB.
Air Vanuatu tickets will no longer be accepted on flights throughout the Aircalin network. Passengers with Air Vanuatu tickets are invited to consult the Vanuatu Civil Aviation website or the Air Vanuatu website for any assistance regarding their ticket.
The Aircalin flight schedule between NOUMEA and PORT-VILA will be reinforced and communicated shortly.

On board, our passengers will be welcomed and served by our cabin crew alongside the Amelia crew, to guarantee a quality experience.
